I grew up watching my parents work day and night to live paycheck to paycheck. One day, my parents’ hard work finally paid off and they bought their first home! Everything was going great – our American Dream was realized! Or so we thought..

When the Great Recession hit, I watched as my parents lost everything, including their house. For a long time, I didn’t understand. I thought that if you owned real estate, it was the best path to growing wealth!

What I didn’t understand, was that there were different qualities of real estate investments that you could make.

When I finally discovered the power of real estate syndications, I vowed to be a facilitator who would treat each investment dollar more importantly than my own.

This meant educating my investors so they did not sign away their money unknowingly, as my parents once did. This meant empowering our investors with the tools to ensure that their investments were the best ones for them, even if it meant they passed on our investment. This meant walking away from a deal that was "just okay" to waiting for a better one, even if it meant we closed on less transactions.
